Do you bloat a lot like me 😫? Even though I exercise regularly, eat healthy, have my daily SUPERFOOD with probiotics and usually get enough sleep, sometimes I feel (and look ) bloated, even after all that effort. Main daily causes: 1. Eating or drink too fast (That's is me 😱 ) 2. Eating fatty foods 3. sugar-free foods and drinks 4. Too much salt What to eat to help: 1. Water (I drink a lot but looks like some times is not enough 😒 ) 2. Probiotics 3. Parsley 4. Asparagus 5. Peppermint, chamomile or ginger tea There is also 3 serious causes of bloating: 1. Celiac Disease 2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS ) 3. Lactose Intolerance Watch for the signs your body is giving you.
