Last night I taught a Yin class @sparkyogaslo and we focused on nourishing our adrenals. Our adrenals work hard to keep our body on track. When we are in a state of high stress our adrenals may get overworked and that when things start to go out of whack. This in turn may affect our skin. Our skin shows stress in many ways. Lines, acne, discoloration, dryness, redness and other skin irritations may be signs of stress. Products may be helpful, but sometimes we have to take a step back and look at the big picture. How can you reset and nourish your adrenals?
