New Year New Me! I started meal prepping last week, going to boot camp, sleeping earlier, and changed my diet completely! Today's lunch: siracha and honey lime fish, kale spinach avacado with poppy seed dressing. Eating healthy isnt so bad. Oh - I baked chocolate chip cookies at the request of hubby!
